Types of Coaching

Life Coaching
Usually this is done by looking at 8 areas for a balanced life. These are our emotional self, work/career/contribution, close relationships, finance/wealth, mental/intellectual self, social relationships, physical/health and spiritual self or purpose. Unlike most coaching we draw not only on the usual life coaching techniques but also on NLP and EFT to bring more effective results in much shorter timeframes. This can be quite specific ranging from I want to lose weight, my fear of flying or heights to I want to reduce my golf handicap. It can also be very broad such as I want to move on from pain, resentment, fear or trauma of my past and feel good about myself and positive about my future.

Workplace Coaching.
This is a process of helping people become effective in the workplace and often involves conflict resolution and a way forward for people.

Business Operator Coaching.
The coaching is aimed at the capability of the business person, expanding what they can do and giving them techniques to work more effectively in and on the business.

Management/Executive Coaching.
As well as the emphasis on the capability of the individual and their goals there is an emphasis on the models and processes needed in a larger organisation to succeed.
