Coaching is appropriate for anyone who wants to move forward with a particular area of their life or indeed life in general. We can all improve on the outcomes we are getting and coaching is the process to get more improvement more quickly, with the skills and insight of the coach helping you.

What sort of coaching do you do?
We offer life, workplace, business operator and management/executive coaching. Click on Types of Coaching or scroll down to it.

How does coaching work?
Generally coaching is a process whereby a coach uses their specialist skills and knowledge to work with you to establish the goals or outcomes you want and then helps you reach your goal or outcome. Our coaching is very different form other coaching in that we use a range of up to date coaching tools and techniques and also add the usefulness of EFT and NLP to the help the process and support you. EFT and NLP are vital in the process as we often fail to achieve because of a limiting belief or issue from our past and until we deal with it we cannot move on.

What is the cost of coaching?
You can sign up to a course of coaching that will take place over in 6 or 12 sessions as agreed with expectations and outcomes defined at the start and with that your get a money back guarantee or you can attend on an hourly basis and pay by the hour as it suits you.

The hourly rate is $110 and 6 sessions cost $555 and 12 cost $995. See the schedule of fees under services.
