EFT in a Nutshell

EFT in a nutshell
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an emotional healing technique which is based on the understanding that all negative emotions result from an imbalance in the flow of energy in the body. By using a painless tapping technique on certain points of the body (like acupuncture but without needles) we can remove the emotional charge from our past experiences. Once the emotional charge is gone the balance returns to us as human beings and we can move on and be positive in what we do.

Where did it come from?
EFT evolved from Thought Field Therapy, which was developed by Roger Callahan a clinical physiologist. He discovered that by stimulating certain acupressure points in clients phsychological problems could be successfully overcome.

EFT founder, Gary Craig, studied with Roger Callaghan and developed the process he called EFT that gave amazing success rate in dealing with phsychological as well as physical problems in people.

Do I have to believe in EFT to get effective relief?
No you do not have to believe! EFT will work in an amazingly high percentage of cases regardless of how believing or how sceptical a person may be.

Can I use it myself?
Yes you can. For a lot of issues you can use EFT on yourself with success. In conventional medicine we often treat the minor things ourselves. If we get a cold or flu or a muscle ache or pain we often decide ourselves to look after it and take this or that to help. If we have something major such as heart pain or a brain tumour we tend to head to the doctor or specialist to deal with it. The difference with EFT is we can sometimes heal the really major stuff ourselves.

There is plenty of evidence for the benefits of EFT as a healing tool and perhaps the most telling is to see it in pictures of an EEG brain scan.
